Description

Structural Features:

  1. The sterilizer’s shell case is constructed using high-temperature thermoplastic material and stainless steel, ensuring exceptional impact resistance and durability.
  2. The pot body is made of food-grade stainless steel (304), guaranteeing safe and hygienic sterilization.
  3. The lid opening and closing mechanism utilizes a lever-type multi-link synchronous telescopic structure, enabling smooth and secure operation with a lightweight and flexible feel.

Control and Operation:

The console features an LCD window with dynamic graphic display, allowing for easy function selection using scrolling graphics and text. The sterilization process is monitored and controlled by a microcomputer graphic display, automatically shutting down and providing an alarm at the end of sterilization.

Functionality:

  1. One-button sterilization function selection provides quick and clear choices based on different items to be sterilized.
  2. An air-cooled chilling device ensures rapid cooling of the pot body after sterilization, reducing lid opening time.
  3. An automatic fault detection and judgment system is implemented for reliable performance.
  4. The full-automatic control model includes the discharge of low-temperature air and steam, as well as internal exhaust and steam venting at the end of the sterilization procedure.

Safety Design:

  1. A safety interlock structure combines electrical and mechanical components to prevent the lid from opening when there is pressure inside the pot.
  2. A dual protection system includes a mechanical safety relief valve and an electronically controlled overvoltage protective device.
  3. The sterilizer incorporates a heater anti-drying protection function and a leakage protection system for enhanced safety measures.
