Our manufacturing process includes single-shot thermal molding of all pre-treatment, purification, and ultra-pure columns in our factory, ensuring consistent product performance and optimal consumable lifespan. Before leaving our facility, each system undergoes rigorous quality control procedures, including comprehensive structural integrity tests, mechanical function verification, software validation, and water quality analysis. All test results are meticulously documented in our quality control system.
For specialized applications, we provide IQ (Installation Qualification) and OQ (Operational Qualification) documentation templates, facilitating third-party verification at customer sites.
