Microvolume Spectrophotometer

The fluorometer is combined with a quantitative test kit, which uses fluorescent dyes to selectively bind to specific target molecules. These fluorescent dyes can only emit fluorescent signals when they bind to target molecules.
Therefore, it is more accurate than the traditional UV absorption method, because the UV absorption method is not selective, and measures the absorbance value of all substances at 260—such as DNA, RNA, protein, degraded nucleic acid and free nucleotides or excess salt ions, etc. In addition, the high-sensitivity fluorometer is specially used to detect the concentration range lower than the detection limit of the trace ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The FluoONE fluorometer combined with the corresponding quantitative kit can quickly, sensitively and accurately determine the concentration of DNA.

Fast detection
