Description

Features

  • Metal components: The primary material used is galvanized steel with a thickness of ≥1.2mm. It undergoes epoxy electrostatic spraying and is coated with a durable, chemical-resistant, and lead-free coating. This ensures a high-quality finish and minimizes the effects of corrosion and moisture.
  • Structural design: The cabinet body features integrated 60°R angle corners, adding a touch of elegance to the overall product design. The round-arc chamfer design at the bottom of the cabinet facilitates effortless cleaning during daily maintenance.
  • Front and side panels: The front door is designed with a sliding structure, allowing convenient access for weighing operations. It is constructed using ≥6mm acrylic board, known for its exceptional weather resistance, chemical resistance, longevity, transparency, and visual appeal.
  • Real-time temperature and humidity monitoring system: The system provides continuous display of temperature and humidity levels and allows users to set alarm parameters, ensuring the safety of the product and its contents.
  • Fan monitoring: The fan system incorporates a failure alarm mechanism and offers online adjustable fan speed, enabling precise control of air volume required for different chemical operations.
  • Filter saturation alarm system: Equipped with a double-layer filter, the product features a VOC probe to monitor filter saturation. The alarm is triggered when the saturation exceeds the set threshold. In the case of organic gases, a differential pressure sensor is available to detect HEPA filter saturation.
  • PSC fan imported from the United States: This 24-volt fan ensures stable performance, ultra-quiet operation, and eliminates spark static.
  • High-efficiency filtration system: The system is designed based on particle size distribution following ASTM standards. It effectively targets acid gases and organic gases with its strong adsorption capacity. HEPA filters are utilized for particles, providing a filtration efficiency of 99.995% for particles larger than 0.3um.
  • Safety: The fume hood complies with the OEB5 protection standard, with a leakage rate of less than 1μg/m³. The fan speed is adjustable to meet the required surface wind speed of 0.4-0.6m/s.
  • LED lighting: The power of the LED lighting system is equivalent to a 25W fluorescent lamp. It operates without generating heat, ensuring a safe experimental environment. Additionally, it is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and has a long service life.
